These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

- About MABOshops.com
MABOshops.com is an online marketplace and collaboration platform that allows individuals and organisations to:
Post and apply for job listings and project-based collaborations and for premium subscribers, access additional features such as educational courses and discount offers provided by partner companies.
MABOshops.com is a facilitator, not an employer, recruitment agency or contracting intermediary. We do not guarantee or endorse any user, listing or third-party service unless explicitly stated.
- Legal Framework
These Terms are drafted in accordance with:
EU Directive 2000/31/EC (E-Commerce Directive), Directive (EU) 2019/770 on digital content and services and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
Users within the European Union enjoy the rights provided under applicable consumer protection and data privacy laws.
- Eligibility
To use our Platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable law.
As a user by registering an account, posting a job/project offer or request you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate and up to date.
- User Accounts
Each user must create their own account with valid contact information in order to apply to job and project listings.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
MABOshops reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable law.
- Services
5.1 Free Services
Basic access allows you to browse listings and create a limited user profile which permits only to view the listed jobs and projects without the possibility to apply for them without subscription payment.
5.2 Premium Services
Premium users enjoy additional benefits, including:
- Free access to selected online courses and educational materials;
- Access to the Discounts category with exclusive partner offers;
- Possible promotional placement or higher visibility on the Platform;
Premium subscriptions are provided on a paid basis, subject to the fees and renewal conditions stated on our subscription page.
5.3 Payment and Billing
Payments are securely processed by authorised EU-compliant payment service providers.
Subscription fees include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
You are responsible for ensuring valid payment details at the time of purchase.
5.4 Cancellation and Withdrawal
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online listed jobs and contracts, unless digital content has already been accessed or downloaded.
Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
- User Content
You may post or upload content such as listings, project descriptions or profile information.
You retain ownership of your content, but by uploading it to MABOshops, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute it solely for operating and promoting the Platform.
You agree that:
- Your content must be lawful, accurate, and not misleading;
- You will not post defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing material;
- You are solely responsible for your content and for any consequences of publishing it.
- Platform Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
- Post false or misleading job/project offers;
- Copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the Platform without authorisation;
- Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful code;
- Engage in harassment or abuse toward other users.
MABOshops reserves the right to remove content or suspend users who breach these provisions.
- Third-Party Links and Offers
The Platform may contain links to external websites or offers provided by third parties (e.g., partners, advertisers).
We do not control or endorse such content and are not responsible for their accuracy, legality, or practices.
Your use of third-party sites is subject to their own terms and policies.
- Data Protection and Privacy
MaboShops processes personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

- Loss of profits, business opportunities or data;
- Actions or omissions of other users;
In any event, MABOshops total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you (if any) for the services within the preceding 30 days.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MABOshops, its affiliates and employees from any claims, damages or losses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your content
- Your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
- Suspension and Termination
MABOshops may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access to your account if:
- You breach these Terms
- You misuse the Platform
- We are required to do so by law or regulation.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
